How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

People who contact Orderscontain Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring Us

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Orderscontain Walk-In Tubs
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider and keep a written record.

Tell us as well. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Orderscontain Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

Send Us the Details

Email contact@orderscontain.homes and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then review it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Resolved?

If our reply does not settle things, answer the email and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
